AirMaxCollector is a private collection website. This page explains which data may be processed when you use the public gallery, user account area, shop request flow, or security-protected admin functions.

Data processed
- Technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp and Cloudflare Ray ID for security and abuse prevention.
- User account data such as email address and password hash if you create an account.
- Purchase request data such as name, email, selected sneaker, request status and customer note.
- Necessary cookies or local storage for sessions, cart, CSRF protection, visitor continuity, theme preference and cookie notice state.
Purpose
Data is used to operate the website, protect admin and user areas, prevent abuse, process private sneaker requests, maintain audit logs and comply with security requirements.
Retention
Security and audit data is retained according to the configured retention settings. Purchase request records may be retained for documentation and dispute-prevention purposes. Account data can be deleted from the user account area or by an admin where legally and technically possible.
Processors and infrastructure
The website uses Cloudflare Workers, KV/D1 storage and Microsoft OneDrive/Graph for selected media and backups. Telegram may be used for private security notifications to the site owner.
